Head of Sales- Networking (ORAN experience) (M/F/X)

Germany (Hybrid with travel)

€130,000-170,000 + Bonus + Holiday + Pension + Company Car

Excellent opportunity for an experienced leading Sales professional, who is looking to be part top international company, within the area of Telecom Infrastructure and Networking business in Germany and DACH region.

The company is a leading full-service provider of secured power supplies for the telecom, data centre, and industrial applications sectors. They have over 130 years of experience as the company group, working with clients around the world as a leading provider of energy supply solutions.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic and results-oriented Sales professional, who is currently leading the sales department, ideally nation-wide across Germany or DACH region. You will have a proven track record for developing sales strategy, market analysis, revenue growth of a new sector, customer relationship management, and leading the Sales department for Germany and DACH region.

The role:

  • Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals
  • Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders, CRO, and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
  • Land and expand build process and funnel for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion
  • Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals
  • Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product and Marketing
  • Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives
  • Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
  • Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally

The person:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in the telecom Networking industry including ORAN experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Fluent in German and English, other languages is a plus.
