Are you a Health and Safety advisor with experience in constriction projects, looking to join the exciting renewable energy industry in an influential role with excellent progression opportunities where you can make a real difference?

My client is one of the most reputable consultancy firms working with district heating networks across the UK, turning over up to 10 million annually. Based in London Bridge in a state-of-the-art office, they are future focused and growing, with an extensive project pipeline within the future-proof industry of district heating networks and building services.

In this role, you will be assisting the project delivery team on construction projects - including but not limited to district heating installation works, plant room upgrades, communal heat network construction and more! This is a varied role where you will be auditing sites, developing H&S strategy and maintaining standards in line with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 - along with CDM work.

This is the ideal role for someone experienced in construction Health & Safety who is looking to join the renewable energy market. You will be looking to develop your skills in a role with job security, excellent progression opportunities and a generous benefits package - helping to achieve a net zero world!

The Role:

  • Site audits, with H&S review on a variety of construction projects.
  • Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards.
  • Working with Project Management team to ensure compliance at all stages of construction, including CDM work.
  • Overall fostering of positive H&S culture - from audits, reviews and training.
  • Real opportunity to influence and make an impact.
  • Site visits.

The Person:

  • Experience in Health and Safety across Construction projects.
  • NEBOSH and IOSH certified.
  • CSCS Black card.
  • CDM 2015 Regulations understanding.
  • Experience in Building Safety - ideally covering construction and groundwork projects.
