Health and Safety Engineer (M/F/X)
Commutable from Memmingen, Sigmaringen, Ravensburg, Friedrichshafen, Konstanz (Onsite/Hybrid)
€70,000 - €85,000 + 30 Days Holiday + Flexible Working Hours + Healthcare.

Looking to continue their growth and establish themselves as the leading global provider of connection technologies, they are looking to recruit a Health and Safety Engineer to join their highly skilled team.
In this role, you will monitoring and evaluating legal and technical requirements for product compliance of our entire portfolio. Develop guidelines and measures for our product management, sales, procurement, production and development teams to ensure product compliance related requirements Also, preparation and support of external audits as well as occasional internal audits.
The role:
* Develop and implement health and safety programs, policies, and procedures.
* Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards.
* Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees.
* Investigate accidents and incidents, and identify root causes.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations.
* Maintain health and safety records and documentation.
* Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
* Work with employees to promote a culture of safety.
* Stay up-to-date on the latest health and safety regulations and best practices.
The person:
* Bachelor's degree in occupational safety and health, engineering, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in health and safety engineering, preferably in an aerospace or manufacturing environment.
* Knowledge of applicable health and safety regulations.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
