In this key role you will lead the HR team and work cross functionally with senior leadership and manufacturing teams to enhance company culture and employee engagement, develop and implement effective HR procedures, build strong employee relations, oversee performance management initiatives and ensure full compliance with all relevant labor and employment laws. This position offers a broad range of opportunities where you can drive positive change across the organization, aligning with HR strategies and the companies overall mission.

The Position:
* Lead the Human Resources department for a market leading food manufacturing business

The Person:
* Human Resources Director
* Food or beverage manufacturing background
* Strong leadership skills and able
* Degree qualified in Business Administration, Human Resources or similar
