Mechanical Construction Superintendent
Salary: $70,000 - $85,000+ (DOE) + Bonuses + Career Progression + Medical Benefits
Alpharetta, Georgia (Relocation package available)

This company is a leading specialist around Georgia in offering a variety of services for the new construction commercial industry such as HVAC, Plumbing and System Maintenance. In this role, you will be based in the field around Atlanta where you will have the exciting opportunity to provide input on a variety of big HVAC and Plumbing construction projects as well as joining a company as they look to expand further whilst keeping their family feel.
You will be a key member of the construction team, working on projects worth between $5-$30 million. Your responsibilities will include verifying all schedules and priorities, oversee the job progress of all assigned projects, and to make sure that all on-site trade people understand what needs to be done per day.

The role:

- Verify all materials and supplies that are on site.
The Person:
- Experience in a Superintendent role.
- Experience within the Plumbing or HVAC industry.
- Valid Driving License.
