As a HVAC Supervisor you will be developing HVAC Installers and directing them while on the job. Also you will maintain a high level of quality control and quality assurance. Furthermore, you will ensure that all jobs and installations meet safety standards.
This role would suit a HVAC installer looking to lead a team in the field, also looking to progress while enhancing their skillset in addition, gaining more responsibility and recognition.
The Role:
- Lead a team of HVAC Installers
- Maintain a high level of quality control and quality assurance
- Ensure all jobs comply with safety standards
The Candidate:
- Experience leading a team
- 3 years' experience installing HVAC systems
- Valid driver's license
