Excellent HVAC Supervisor position for someone looking to join a rapidly expanding engineering company where you will be working large commercial projects and be given the opportunity to progress within the organization.
On offer is a technically challenging role, you will be managing a team of HVAC field technicians where you will be working on interesting projects and be given the opportunity to upskill yourself by undergoing specialist training to become an industry expert.
The company are a forward-thinking engineering company which prides themselves on helping solve their customers commercial/industrial needs. They work on a wide range of projects from $10,000 to $5,000,000. As a result of expansion, they are looking to bring on an additional HVAC Supervisor to join their ever-growing team.
On offer is a technically challenging position where you will be overseeing a team of HVAC technicians, you will be responsible for assigning daily work schedules, meeting customers and providing quotations.
This role will ideally suit a HVAC supervisor who has experience meeting customers, pricing up jobs and producing quotations.
The Role:
- Supervising a team of field HVAC technicians

- Estimating/Quoting new work

The Person:
- HVAC Supervisor
- Commercial/Industrial Background
- Strong people management skills
- Experienced in Estimation/Quotations
- Valid Driving License
