This company are industry leaders in their field, they manufacture industrial products which are used throughout North and South America. Due to a period of rapid expansion, they are looking to bring on a Junior Technical Support Representative to join their growing department.
In this varied role, you will be fully trained and will be supporting existing customers and the engineering teams via phone, email or occasional site visits, you will be addressing customer enquires and diagnose technical problems.
The ideal person will be a college leaver or technical support representative who has done anything within engineering or technical and is bilingual in both English and Spanish. You must be looking to join a market leading manufacturer where you will be given the opportunity to progress to a senior position.
