$235,000 - $260,000 + 401(k) + Medical + PTO + Equity

As they approach a pivotal product launch, they're seeking a Lead AI Engineer to spearhead future innovations from the ground up!
You will take charge of designing and implementing conversational AI agents, leveraging RAG pipelines, LangChain, LangSmith, LLMs, and advanced machine learning techniques involving the design and development of custom machine leaning models and algorithms! A key aspect of the position involves working independently to conduct AI research, spike initiatives, and R&D projects, driving exploration of new technologies and breakthrough solutions.

The person
* A strong background in implementing AI /ML projects (Conversational AI / Muti-agent / LLM)
* Strong understanding of NLP, ML, and LLM
* Experience with LangChain, LangSmith, RAG, Multi-agency designs, and R&D projects
* Very passionate about leading edge technology!
* Experience in Python & JS stack: node.js
* Happy to work 5 days a week in Miami onsite
The role
* Lead the design and the implementation of Conversation AI Agents
* Design custom machine leaning models and algorithms (NLP , Speech recognition)
* Optimize RAG pipelines for accuracy and design agent architectures (improve LLM system)
* Research & Development activities to fine tune and improve AI
* A technically autonomous role working closely with the VP of Engineering
* Python & JS stack: node.js
* Early start up environment with the equivalent of series B funding!
* Office based in Miami, Florida
