IT Support Technician

Are you an IT Systems Specialist fluent in Korean, looking for an autonomous role to implement your systems knowledge and assist with a leading business' day to day IT operations?

In this role, you will be troubleshooting issues, maintaining servers and user support, as well as communicating internationally and domestically, with teams in California and Korea.
This role would suit a Korean fluent Support Technician looking for a role with excellent work life balance and the responsibility to manage a highly successful office.
The Role:
* Provide first-line IT support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
* Serve as the primary IT contact for Korean-speaking staff, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
* Collaborate with the global IT team to implement and maintain systems and infrastructure.
* Assist in onboarding new employees by setting up workstations and managing account credentials.
The Person:
* Proficiency in both Korean and English
* A solid understanding of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting processes.
* Prior experience in IT support or a related role
