Maintenance Manager

$100,000 - $150,000 + Bonus (Varies depending on company bonus, can be between $5 - $50k) + Progression + Full benefits including 401k, medical, dental, vision
Are you a Maintenance Manager or Supervisor from a manufacturing background looking to take full ownership of a highly skilled maintenance team? Are you looking to grow and develop a team further?

The company is a well known and established manufacturer with a great brand reputation. Due to their succession planning, they are looking for a Maintenance Manager.
The role would suit a Maintenance Supervisor or Manager looking to lead and grow a highly skilled maintenance department.
The role:
- Managing 12 maintenance technicians and a maintenance planner
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week. Day shift
- Managing contractors, recruiting more technicians, ensuring all PM is carried out
The candidate:
- Coming from a manufacturing background
- Experience managing or leading maintenance teams
- Looking to progress your career and take full ownership of the department
