Are you looking for a leadership maintenance role working across a range of engineering projects in a leading organization?
On offer is a highly autonomous position with a great company package, training and further career progression available.
In this position you will lead maintenance supervisors and technicians through reactive and planned maintenance as well as repair and upgrade a wide variety of production equipment. This site is equipped with automation and robotic systems, heavy plant machinery and conveyors to name a few. This opportunity allows you to identify and implement process improvement with a safety first approach, plan and develop maintenance programs and daily work schedules.
This opportunity will suit someone that is looking for a varied leadership position, working across improvement projects with autonomy and technical challenge.
The Position:
- Lead union and non-union maintenance teams through plant equipment upgrade, repair, planned and reactive maintenance
- Identify and implement process improvements, plan work schedules and maintenance programs
- Establish KPI's, oversee budgets and work collaboratively with engineering and management teams

The Person:
- Maintenance leader
- Manufacturing background (preferably in either food, chemical or pharma)
- Effective communicator and proven leadership experience
