Maintenance Supervisor
$75k-$85k + Progression + Training + Medical + Dental + Vision + Life Insurance + PTO
Georgetown, KT (Commutable from: Lexington, Frankfort, Paris, Midway, Sadieville, Stamping Ground)
Are you a Maintenance Supervisor from an automotive manufacturing/heavy mechanical background, looking to play a pivotal role where you can develop and grow your own team?
On offer is an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor to take control of the maintenance department and receive specialist training, whilst also having the opportunity to progress up the rankings.

You will be responsible for supervising technicians, coaching staff, on the floor training. You will also be responsible for helping out technicians on the shop floor when needed and offering support.
This role would suit a Maintenance Supervisor from a heavy mechanical or an automotive manufacturing industry, looking to hit the ground running as well as widen there knowledge and take a lead role in an industry leading organisation!

The Candidate:
- From a Heavy mechanical/Automotive manufacturing background
- Leadership experience
- Experience with Forging and Stamping
