On offer is a varied role where you will oversee your own maintenance team, whilst remaining hands on and utilizing your expertise to ensure production and quality standards are met.

This long-standing company are known for taking care of and continually developing their staff, allowing plenty of opportunities to progress. They have multiple sites worldwide, and due to their ongoing success, they are now looking for a 3rd Shift Maintenance Supervisor to join them at their Georgia site.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory skills and previous mechanics / maintenance experience within a heavy environment, looking to build their career within a growing and stable business.

The Role:

• Lead your own maintenance team
• Supporting with troubleshooting and maintenance as required
• Maintenance planning, coordinating and scheduling
• 3rd Shift - Monday to Friday (Midnight - 8am)

The Person:

• Mechanics / maintenance experience
• From a heavy manufacturing background
• Previous supervisory experience
