You'll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly, troubleshooting and repairing a variety of industrial machinery, including packaging machines, conveyors, and hydraulics. The Role:
- Work Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM (training on 1st shift for 3-4 weeks)
- Perform preventative, reactive, and corrective maintenance on a range of machinery
- Maintain and troubleshoot conveyors, motors, belts, hydraulics, and packaging equipment
- Work alongside senior technicians, learning through hands-on training and mentorship
The Person:
- Mechanical maintenance experience (industrial, automotive, or similar)
- Hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Basic electrical knowledge is a plus but not required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
