Are you a Manufacturing Engineer looking to join a specialist company who will allow you to take a leading role in the continuous improvement of one of their flagship UK sites?

Excellent opportunity to step into a key role within a multi-million pound business who will allow you to implement your own ideas and processes within the team and influence the success of the sites manufacturing operations.

This is a great time to get on board as the company is seeing a lot of exciting growth and are looking for a motivated Manufacturing Engineer to champion continuous improvements to continue their success.

In this role you will continuously evaluate and improve the full manufacturing process from component/material pricing, to improvements of the design and production process.

This role suits a Manufacturing Engineer looking to champion Continuous Improvement within a well-established, multi-million pound business.

The Role:

  • Monday - Friday, 4.5 day working week (early Friday finish)
  • Facilitate continuous improvements
  • Working alongside all departments including design, tooling, production and supply chain


The Person:

  • Relevant experience within the manufacturing/production/fabrication sectors
  • Relevant Mechanical Engineering / Manufacturing qualification
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
