Are you a Manufacturing Engineer from an aerospace background, looking to step up into a vital management role within an industry leading manufacturer? This industry-leading organization, design, and manufacture niche products. Due to incoming projects, as well of a full logbook of orders, they are looking to bring in a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to develop their staff and help guide the course of the Manufacturing Engineering operations.
This role would suit a seasoned manufacturing engineer with some supervisory experience, from an aerospace background, looking to take the next step in their career, with a rapidly growing, best-in-class manufacturer.
The Role:
- Leading and developing a team of 5-6 Manufacturing Engineers.
- Problem solving and Project Management to ensure smooth running of production.
- Part of executive senior management, with great influence on the direction of the company.
The Candidate:
- Manufacturing engineering experience with some leadership/management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar.
- Aerospace/Aircraft background preferred.
