This company is globally renowned for its innovative, custom-built manufacturing designs and solutions in the Food & Beverage industry. With continued growth and even further demand, they are looking to expand their talented, close-knit team at their Mt. Pleasant facility.
In this diverse and rewarding role, you will play a key part in overseeing and optimizing the entire manufacturing process within the department, utilizing your expertise in process control. This company is known for its strong emphasis on internal promotions, allowing you to advance from Level I to Level II, and eventually take on leadership and managerial roles.
This role is perfect for a Manufacturing or Industrial Engineer with a background in Fabrication, Welding, or Sheet Metal, eager to make an impact in a stable, well-established company.
The role:
- Process Control & Continuous Improvement, working with the team on the shop floor
- Ensuring Documentation is accurate for projects and direct the Maintenance team
- Learn and develop your skills with a great team - allowing you to progress your career
- Monday - Friday (Days based role)
The person:
- Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial Degree
- From a Fabrication / Industrial / Welding / Heavy machinery / Sheet Metal background
