Are you a Manufacturing / Process Engineer, looking to step up in to multisite role where you will be responsible for all improvement projects and be fast tracked in to a Management position?
This is an excellent opportunity to receive on the job training from industry experts and gain further certifications through external courses to allow you to develop as a Continuous Improvement Specialist.

On offer is a varied role where you will be responsible for implementing process improvement projects and getting involved in production planning for 4 facilities. You will be on the shop floor observing and processing data whilst also working closely with the Plant Managers.
This role would suit a Manufacturing or Process Engineer, who is looking to work in an assembly manufacturing environment where you will get loads of training and development whilst being moulded in to a management position.
The Role:
*Responsible for 4 facilities with up to 25% travel
*Implementing new processes and leading CI projects
*40% on the shop floor observing and processing data
*Working closely with Plant Manager and other engineering departments
The Candidate:
*Experienced Continuous Improvements / Process / Manufacturing Engineer
*Looking to work in an assembly manufacturing environment
*Strong process improvement skills
*Wants training and progression
