On offer is a Manufacturing Technician position, where you'll play a key role in keeping the production line running smoothly. You'll ensure everything operates efficiently and communicate any potential issues to the Line Supervisor.
This position would suit a Manufacturing or Production Technician, looking to join a stable, secure company, with fantastic career progression and the opportunity to increase your earning potential by way of overtime earnings.
The Role:
- Directly managing a team of around 10 Technicians.
- Maintaining schedule and ensuring efficiency of the team.
- 2nd shift role with plenty of overtime on offer.
The Candidate:
- Any manufacturing supervisory experience.
- Experience with Safety protocols or training.
- Looking to progress into Management roles.
