Are you a Mechanical Design Engineer from a construction background, looking to work on high end commercial projects across Springfield, in a fast paced environment where you will further develop you skillset to allow you to progress to Engineering Manager?
This well-established Mechanical Construction firm are one of the most exciting and largest mechanical contractors in Massachusetts. They are a highly prestigious construction firm who specialize working on high value mechanical projects. Their employees have always been at the forefront of the business and have gotten an outstanding reputation for developing and progressing from within. Due to growth they are now looking to recruit a Mechanical Design Engineer to develop and work within their well-established construction team.
This position is office based designing large scale mechanical projects. You will be tasked with meeting with customers, going out to the field to do inspections, designing with AutoCAD and Revit and meeting with the project management team to talk through designs. You will be given a structured training and development plan from the day you join to allow you to progress to Engineering Manager.
This would suit someone with design experience from a mechanical background looking to further their career and progress into management.
