Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Commutable from Ripley, Heanor, Belper, Derby, Ilkeston, Sutton in Ashfield or surrounding area.
£30,000-£35,500 + Monday to Friday, 39hrs (Days Shift Pattern) + Call Out Rota + No Weekends + Training + Paid Overtime (x1.5) + Company Pension + Holiday

In this role you will work a Monday to Friday. day based shift, carrying out planned preventive maintenance and breakdown repair on all manufacturing machinery on site. The successful candidate will be part of a growing engineering department and be fully supported to develop their overall skillset.

The Role
*Maintenance Engineer
*PPM and breakdown repair.
*Working with a team of engineers.
*Days Based Shift pattern work, 39hrs
The Person
*Plant Engineer/ Maintenance Engineers/ Mechanical Technician/ Multi Skilled Engineer or similar
*Experience maintaining plant machinery/ processing machinery/ gear boxes/ production equipment or similar
*Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and mechanical repairs
*Knowledge of electrical engineering (3 phase motors) highly advantageous but not essential and will provided training
*Ex-Armed Forces, Offshore or Marine backgrounds are encouraged to apply
*Holding Mechanical/ Engineering qualifications (HNC/ HND/ NVQ/ City and Guilds/ SVQ etc.)
