This company have been growing at an impressive rate with the average tenure being 38 years. They have incredibly exciting development plans over the next 3 years and are looking for a Mechanical PM to integrate into their team, to provide expertise and leadership on commercial & residential projects.
You will be responsible for leading design teams, liaising with other engineering teams, performing load calculations, and inspecting, documenting & creating drawings of mainly HVAC mechanical systems as well as plumbing and fire protection.
This role would suit a Mechanical PM, looking to gain specialist training and progress through the ranks in a rapidly growing company.
The Role:
- Inspecting & documenting mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing & fire protection in line with energy code compliance
- Leading design teams for commercial and residential projects

The Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline (EIT or PE desirable!)
- Vast experience in HVAC, plumbing & fire protection systems in a commercial & residential setting
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD & Revit for related design systems
