$140,000 - $150,000 + Bonus + Great Benefits Package + 3-weeks PTO
Excellent opportunity for an Operations Director with a manufacturing background to join a rapidly growing engineering company offering long-term development opportunities and the chance to step up into a senior leadership position.

This company are a specialist manufacturer of technical products used across a multitude of exciting sectors. With operations spread across multiple sites, they are currently experiencing an exciting period of growth and are continually investing into all locations. As a result, they are looking for a Plant Manager to lead the company through an exciting new phase of growth.
In this role you will have full operational responsibility for the manufacturing facility. After a period of exciting growth, the company now needs an Operations Director to take charge of their next phase, implementing a range of manufacturing procedures including Lean methodologies and new planning systems.
In this role you will be given full autonomy to design and implement your own manufacturing strategies. You will work with a team of supervisors to update and improve the manufacturing plant to help achieve full output efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company and working knowledge of Lean/5s principles.

The Role:
- Full operational responsibility for manufacturing facility

- Previous experience in a similar role
