Operations Manager (Engineering/Manufacturing)
£55,000 - £65,000 + Annual Bonus + Career Progression + Training + Company Benefits
Northeast UK (Ideally located Newcastle, Sunderland, Prudhoe, Whitley Bay, South Shields)
Are you a production / operations manager with a strong engineering background looking to join a leading company in an autonomous and varied role that will see you responsible for the day to day running of multiple sites with chance to progress your career further?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and expending company where you will play a pivotal role in the progression of the business and have the chance to grow and mould your own teams.
This company are a leader in their field, manufacturing bespoke products for some of the UKs most recognised brands. Due to a long-standing employee progressing they now need a Production / Operations Manager to help take the business forward.
In this crucial role you will lead operations and teams across multiple sites. You will collaborate with management on financial reporting, budgeting, HSE and forward planning. You will be the key pivot between the Engineering Managers and the Managing Director.
The role would suit a strong engineering/operations manager with experience working within manufacturing environments.
