In this position, you will work closely with the Financial Director, leading a team of 10 (including Analysts, AP, AR, etc.), managing plant finances, and overseeing budgeting. You'll also play a key role in ensuring compliance with accounting standards while fostering a culture of excellence within the team.

The Role:
- Reporting to and working closely with the Financial Director.
- Managing and overseeing the finance department.
- Managing plant finances and budgeting.
The Candidate:
- Experienced Plant Controller or Financial Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or similar.
- Come from a manufacturing facility or organization.
