Plant Manager

Are you a Plant Manager from a food background looking to join an organization that is poised for extensive growth and has recently invested in the latest processing equipment?

In this position you will plan and schedule production of high quality food products, collaborating with quality, maintenance and warehouse teams to meet customer requirements. You will monitor operations to evaluate efficiency, product quality and carry our continuous improvement activities to effectively meet production goals. The position will require you to provide leadership across the plant, create and implement goals, ensure compliance with SQF, foster good relationships with USDA members and coordinate maintenance across the plant and facilities.

The Position:
- Work collaboratively with maintenance, quality and warehouse teams to produce and schedule company products to meet customer requirements
- Evaluate efficiency, product quality and carry out continuous improvement activities to further develop the site
- Design and implement goals to meet production targets
- Coordinate maintenance across the plants processing equipment and facilities
- Play a key role in the installation of brand-new processing equipment across the plant

The Person:
- Plant Manager with experience in the food industry
- Proven experience leading and developing teams within plant processing or manufacturing plants
- Hold a Degree in Management, Business or similar
