Plant Manager (Automotive)
Walsall- Commutable from Dudley, Wolverhampton and surrounding areas
£100,000- £120,000 + Bonus (up to 30%) + Company Car + Holiday + Pension + Phone + Laptop + Company Benefits
Excellent opportunity for a Production/Manufacturing Manager from an industrial engineering background to join a global manufacturer in a role where you will be integral in day to day operations and drive growth in this highly influential role.
Do you have experience managing a Plant within an Industrial environment such as Automotive, Aerospace or similar?
With sites in several continents, this company are a major company in the automotive space, providing key solutions to a range of manufacturers.
In this role you will be oversee the running of the Production team. This will include managing the team, planning, ensuring quality standards and implementing to continuous improvements activities. This role will be majority on site, and you will report to the Managing Director of the company.
The candidate will need to come from a transferable industry background such as Automotive/Aerospace or similar. You will need to have a background in Production/Plant Management. You will also need to be commutable to their site on a daily basis.

The person:
- Strong leadership/managerial experience in Production environment
- Transferable industry experience - Such as (but not limited to) - Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, Industrial etc
- Commutable to site
