Plant Manager (Progression to GM)

$160,000 - $170,000 + Full Company Training + Great Benefits Package + 3-weeks PTEO
Excellent opportunity for a Plant Manager with a manufacturing background to join a rapidly growing engineering company offering long-term development opportunities and the chance to step up into a senior leadership position.

This company are a specialist manufacturer of technical products used across a multitude of exciting sectors. With operations spread across multiple sites, they are currently experiencing an exciting period of growth and are continually investing into all locations. As a result, they are looking for a Plant Manager to lead the company through an exciting new phase of growth.
In this role you will oversee the operation of the manufacturing plant, leading a team of shift supervisors and operatives to ensure efficient running of the plant. As a member of the senior management team, you will be involved in strategic planning, development and implementation of new policies.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience supervising staff in a plant or manufacturing manager position.

The Role:
- Full operational responsibility for plant

The Person:
- Previous experience in a plant manager role
- Manufacturing experience
- Ability to manage and delegate to shift managers
