£40,000 - £46,000 + Overtime + Local Patch + Company Van + Fuel Card + Excellent Company Benefits

This specialist residential and commercial maintenance company turns over millions every year. Due to constant success they are looking to expand their specialist team.
In this role you will provide planned preventative maintenance to heating and plumbing equipment in high end residential and commercial buildings. All work will be in a local patch to Waltham Forest.
This role would suit an engineer from a plumbing and heating maintenance background looking to work in a local patch with a reputable company that offer further development and overtime.
The Role:
- Heating, Plumbing and Mechanical Maintenance.
- Local Patch - Waltham Forest.
- Additional overtime and further training available.
The Person:
- Plumbing and Heating background (qualifications desirable).
- Based in Waltham Forest or surrounding areas.
- Full Driving License.
