In this role, you will take on greater responsibility for the design and engineering of precast concrete elements, collaborating closely with project teams, and ensuring the structural integrity, quality, and cost-effectiveness of designs. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
