Are you a Process Engineer with plastics experience looking for a role with excellent progression opportunities and the autonomy to influence and modernize a well-established manufacturing organization?

On offer is a brilliant opportunity to hone your skillset and develop technically. You will be responsible for developing SOPs and best practices, undertaking corrective actions, problem solving issues on the production lines and managing the training program for technicians.
This role would suit a Process Engineer looking for progression and a high influence role in which to vastly develop yourself technically.
The Role:
- Problem solving and troubleshooting issues on the production line.
- Delivering training to operators and technicians and taking ownership of the training program.
- Great progression opportunity within the organization to Production Manager and similar levels.
The Candidate:
- Process improvement experience ideally from a plastics manufacturing background.
- Looking to take on a role with a high degree of autonomy.
- Eager to progress technically.
