Production Manager
Commutable from Oldbury, Smethwick, West Bromwich, Dudley, Birmingham
£45,000 - £50,000 + Training + Twice Yearly Bonus + Health Insurance + Life Insurance + Enhance Pension
Do you have mechanical production experience and are looking to join a market leading company where you play a varied role offering industry specific training and long term progression?

This would suit someone with production management experience ideally in a mechanical manufacturing type environment looking for a long term career.
The Role:
* Manage all aspects of production
* Understand customer needs and adjust production accordingly
* Continuous improvement through KPIs
The Person:
* Production management experience
* People management experience
* Ideally from a mechanical maintenance background
