This company are a global designer and manufacturer of FMCG products supplied worldwide. With multiple locations across North America, they are consistently at the forefront of the industry. Now due to growth, they are looing for a Production/Department Manager to join the company.
In this role, you will oversee two manufacturing departments. You will lead and develop a production team, set and monitor production targets, drive continuous improvement throughout your department and manage the budgets and targets. You will have a 85 indirect staff and will be looking to make improvements across the manufacturing areas.
To be successful in this position you will need a degree in manufacturing, engineering or similar, and have been a Production Supervisor or Manager with knowledge of CI/LEAN. You will come from a high volume manufacturing organization and ideally have knowledge of printing processes or similar.

The Person:
- Degree in manufacturing, business or similar
- Production, Manufacturing, or Department Supervisor or Manager
- Knowledge of LEAN/CI Methods and manufacturing
- Knowledge of prinitng processes or similar
