In this position you will receive full training to carry out a range of duties, such as operating new production equipment, working through production processes, perform maintenance on plant machinery, sampling and testing products working in line with safety and quality protocol.

The Position:
* Operate a range of production equipment and machinery
* Recieve full training to develop your skills through a clear progression structure
* Work collaboratively with engineering teams through a variety of projects
* Assist with maintenance across a variety of high tech manufacturing equipment
* Rotating shift pattern days and nights with 14 days off a month
The Person:
* Eager to learn and develop skills
* Willing to work rotating day and night shift
* Experience in an industrial, production, manufacturing or processing environment is beneficial but not essential
