The Role:
- Oversee the daily activities across the production floor
- Lead your own team of operators
- Ensure schedules are met and resources are effectively optimized and utilized
- Establish and uphold production and quality standards
- Monday - Friday, 1st shift
The Person:
- Production background
- Leadership experience (preferred)
- Heavy engineering or Wood related background
- Basic MS Office skills
