Production Supervisor
Aberystwyth
£32,900 + Progression + Afternoon Shift Pattern (2pm - 10:30pm) + Site-based + Training + Enhanced Pension + Holidays + Healthcare + Overtime Available

This ambitious production company operates multiple sites across the UK and serves customers globally. Known for its well-regarded local presence, this site is committed to investing in its facilities and machinery. They are seeking a proactive individual to oversee the site's daily operations and maintain high standards.
The key responsibilities of this role include, overseeing the day-to-day production of food products, ensuring food hygiene regulations are met, and conduct thorough checks throughout the site. Specialist food industry training will be offered, along with hands-on and machinery training.
The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience within a manufacturing/production environment and adopt a process driven approach to leadership

The Role
- Supervising the production of a food manufacturing site
- Ensure health and safety standards are met
- Conduct thorough checks across production processes such as weight and recipes
- Completing regulatory documentation
- Afternoon shift (2pm - 10:30pm)
The Person
- Supervisory experience within a manufacturing/production, warehousing, distribution and logistics environment
- Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages
