Project Architect
Liverpool, Visiting site in the Northwest, Midlands and Southwest
£35,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Mileage + Training + Progression to Director
This is a really great opportunity for a recently fully qualified Architect to join a growing yet established practice who work on a variety of projects in the Residential and Commercial sectors, where you will receive great technical development and the opportunity to progress up to Director.

This growing yet established practice offering a full range of design services to a diverse mixture of clientele. They offer support through all the RIBA stages which allows them to support clients through the whole process. This leading practice have a strong emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction they work mostly within the Residential sector with projects ranging from one-off homes, large schemes to extra care as well as more Commercial projects. Having recently won a large amount of work they are looking to add to their dynamic workforce with this exciting opportunity.
In this role you will take on a number of responsibilities, you will be managing projects from start to completion. You will be responsible for getting an understanding of clients briefs and main requirements of their projects. Then you will produce concepts and develop designs for the project proposals. As well as that you will be liaising with clients and on-site teams to ensure technical drawings meet specifications and ensure projects are running smoothly. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you will be preparing tender presentation and submitting the applications.
The ideal candidate will be a recently qualified Architect wit experience running their own projects and has previous experience using ArchiCAD and MicroStation. Who also holds a full UK drivers license so is able to travel to their sites across the country.

The Person:
- Fully qualified Architect
- Experience managing projects from start to finish
- Experience using ArchiCAD and/or MicroStation
- Full UK drivers license
