Automation Project Manager
Newcastle
£40,000 - £50,000 + Holiday + Pension
This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who is experienced in Automation, to join a company leading the way in innovative technology for the energy industry.
This company has been established for 30 years and have firmly earned their place as an industry leader in the energy industry. Through the technological advancements they have assisted in the safety and reliability of the electrical power grid across the UK.
In this role you will be overseeing and delivering projects for the company's clients. Your responsibilities will include managing programmes, budgets, risks, cost forecasting and progress + KPI reports.
The ideal candidate will have experience of substations, as well as coming from a background that has involved the delivery of automation systems. It is desirable that the candidate with have experience in with SCADA and have knowledge of MS Project or similar tools.

The Role:
* Overseeing numerous Automation projects
* Planning, Budgeting, Reports and Revenue Forecasting
* Computer literate e.g. Gantt Chart
* On-site 5 days a week
The Person:
* Experience with SCADA / HMI
* Experience in Automation / IT Projects
* Knowledge of Substations (Integration & Commissioning)
* Previous experience in the use of Management Tools e.g. MS Project
* Internal and External client communication skills
