Wimbledon, England

£40,000-£55,000 (dependent on experience) + Hybrid Working + Bonuses + Career Progression + Pension

This company are a London based construction consultancy specialising in stone/ interior design, who have earnt themselves a notable reputation for their high quality work within the residential sector. Looking to expand the business with a number of exciting projects on the horizon, our client pride themselves on encouraging an enthusiastic environment whilst delivering a high level of service to their clients. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a driven and hard working Project Manager to join the team.

In this role you will be based in their South West London office playing a crucial part in a number of exciting projects which will range in size. Working closely with the team, you will produce site reports for internal and external use, manage project budgets, manage and track workload and develop and maintain achievable project programmes.

The ideal candidate is an ambitious Project Manager with several years' experience in the construction industry. You will be looking to develop technically within a progressive company who have earnt themselves a notable reputation for their high quality work. The Role:
- Project Manager
-Staff Management
-Material Purchasing
- Acting to a higher degree of day-to-day decision making
-Site inspections, reports and attending site meetings
-Project management, inputting budgets

Requirements:
-Relevant Project Management experience
-Full UK Driving License
-CSCS, SMSTS, SSSTS, NVQ Qualified
-Stone / High end Residential Project experience is ideal but not essential
-Be within commutable distance to their Wimbledon office
