Are you a Construction Project Manager with experience in Commercial Construction? Are you looking for a company that can offer you fantastic training on a variety of high profile projects?
This dynamic company have seen tremendous growth over the last few years and confirmed projects which will ensure further development. This firm are now focusing on projects in the commercial and industrial sectors of construction such as educational, healthcare, assisted living, warehouse facilities. This company operates under a flat hierarchal structure and ensure that everyone's voice is heard and considered from senior management to junior employees. Due to winning a number of high value, lucrative contracts they are looking to recruit a motivated Project Manager to join their loyal team.
In this role you'll be based in Richmond, VA, and will have requirements to manage projects from start to finish working under a senior PM, travel to sites within your local region, work closely work clients and contractors, PE and safety managers to ensure high standards are held, work alongside designers.
