They are a highly regarded General Contractor who specialize working on prestigious commercial projects. Due to huge growth, they are now looking to recruit a Project Manager to develop and work within their well-established Project Management team.
This is the perfect time to join this well-established 5th generation business, as a result of expansion they are looking for a Project Manager to work on their most exclusive projects across Wisconsin and help them achieve their goal of expansion and making record profits in 2024 / 2025.
This position will be primarily office based with some site visits required. You will be tasked with managing more than 150 projects per year, managing projects up to $130 million in value, purchase orders up to 5 million and project scheduling.

* Construction experience with a General Contractor.
* Experience as an Assistant Project Manager or a current Project Manager
