$120,000 - $140,000 + Training + Progression to Senior Project Manager + Bonus + Fantastic Benefits Package

Are you a Project Manager from a mechanical background, looking to work on high end commercial projects across Boston, in a fast paced environment where you will further develop your construction management skills to allow you to progress to Senior Project Manager?

This well-established construction firm are one of the most exciting mechanical contractors in Massachusetts. They are a highly prestigious construction firm who specialize working on commercial projects. Their employees have always been at the forefront of the business and have gotten an outstanding reputation for developing and progressing from within. Due to growth they are now looking to recruit a Project Manager to develop and work within their well-established Project Management team.

This position is based office based with frequent site visits. You will be tasked with running weekly meetings, working alongside the superintendents, organising and working with the foremen and using Procore. You will be given a structured training and development plan from the day you join to allow you to progress into a Senior Project Manager position.

This would suit someone with experience in mechanical contracting, who is looking for to work alongside some of the best technical professionals in the industry. You will also receive further management training and can progress in to a Senior Project Manager.

The Role:

* Office based with frequent site visits
* Running weekly site meeting
* Working alongside the Superintendents to ensure project completion
* Attending site walk throughs

The Person:

* Mechanical background
* Knowledge and experience using Procore
* Wanting to work in a fast paced environment
