$125,000 - $175,000 + Training + Bonus + PTO, Sick & Holiday + Healthcare (Dental, Vision) + 401(k), Progression into Operations Technical Lead

In this role you will be responsible for overall quality control management within the area, monitor & test production, perform testing with the quality control system, oversee a team of QC technicians whilst completing field lay down testing & sampling, along with reporting & documentation of activity.
This role would suit a Quality Control Manager looking to technically advance and progress their career & lead a team. This person must be open to new challenges and work autonomously on exciting projects covering multiple sectors.
The Position:
- Oversee all QC activity
- Perform testing in line with control system

The Person:
- Local to Richmond or willing to relocate
- Experienced in a managerial position
- Experienced dealing with state, municipal's & private engineers
