Quality Inspector/ Engineer (Progression to Quality Manager)

£30,000 - £40,000 + Progression to Quality Manager + Industry Training + Health and Safety Training + Pension + Holiday
Are you an Engineer with Quality or Manufacturing experience looking to join a well-established company who will invest in you with additional training to develop your skills in Quality and Health and Safety, while allowing you to progress into a management role within the business?
On offer is an autonomous role where you will be given fantastic support to recognise your potential and progress your career into a leadership position, while gaining full training in a niche industry.
In this role you will be involved in Quality Assurance, Inspection, and improving the company processes to improve quality and efficiency. You will also be involved in Health and Safety - full training in this area is provided.
The role would be perfect for someone with Quality or Manufacturing experience in Engineering, looking to progress into management. Full training will be provided.
The Role:
*Monday - Friday, 39 hours
*Leading quality functions of the business - quality assurance, inspection and more
*Implementing new manufacturing procedures
*Improving current processes
