Are you a Quality Manager looking to step up and take lead of the Quality Department, including the Managers, Supervisors and Technicians? Are you looking to be directly responsible for the ongoing success of this global business?
On offer is a unique opportunity to train and develop a highly skilled quality team. You will be managing a team of 3 Managers, and 17 indirect reports.
This leading organization produces high-quality medical products and is renowned for its reputation in the market. Due to their ambitious growth plans, they are looking to hire a Quality Lead Engineer to oversee quality processes and compliance, ensuring the highest industry standards are met.
This position is ideal for a Quality Manager, Supervisor or Lead looking for a chance to be directly responsible for a quality department.
The Role:
- Lead quality initiatives and oversee regulatory compliance
- Coach and develop a team of 17, including 3 direct reports
- Collaborate with production and leadership to ensure seamless quality processes
The Person:
- Quality Engineer from a medical or pharmaceutical background
- Leadership experience is essential
- MDR experience is needed
