On offer is a varied role where you will spearhead the quality initiative in this forward thinking manufacturing environment. This will involve monitoring and administrating the quality systems to ensure customer satisfaction is met through products and services. You will also respond to quality incidents on the production floor and escalate the corrective actions needed whilst leading a small team of direct report engineers.

The Role:
*Spearhead the quality initiative across the engineering site
*Monitoring and administrating systems to ensure customer satisfaction on products and services
*Respond to quality incidents on the production floor
*People management and leadership of a small quality department
The Candidate:
*Quality management or senior quality engineering experience
*Knowledge or background inside an automotive manufacturing environment
*Quality systems and processes experience
