£65,000 - £75,000 DOE + expensed travel + annual bonus

Amazing role for an Quantity Surveyor to join a respected principle contractor who are experts in the high end residential refurbishment sector, offering a variety of bespoke internal and external refurbishment projects alongside prestigious clientele
On offer is the chance for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with some residential refurbishment experience to join a thriving contractor where you will work in affluent area's on London on unique projects such as periodic properties within London's Great Estates.
Renowned for delivering exceptional finishes on bespoke projects, this contractor has earned the trust of an elite client base, including architects, building surveyors, and property managers, leading to consistent repeat business. Based in Central London, they primarily focus on high-end internal and external residential refurbishment projects, with occasional commercial ventures valued up to £1M. Due to sustained growth, they are now seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team.
On offer is an exciting opportunity to work within an experience Commercial team, managing the cost of unique interesting projects in the heart of London playing a vital part within a growing companies plans.
In this role you will be a key member within a commercial department working on mainly residential refurbishment project as well as the occasionally Commercial. You will be tasked with managing the cost control of projects up to 1M tasked through to final accounts.
The ideal candidate will have strong Quantity Surveying experience working on internal and external Residential Refurbishment projects, heritage being advantageous. Alongside proven ability to work with sophisticated clientele looking to work on captivating projects within a business who rewards on performance as well as an exceptional bonus.
The role:
- Quantity Surveyor
- Residential refurbishment projects valuing up to 1M
- Office based in Central London with Sites mainly in Zones 1 - 2
- Cost control of projects through to final accounts
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
The person:
- Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying role within a main contractor role
- Residential refurbishment experience
- Good Construction knowledge
- Good communication and written skills
