Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager
£40,000 - £45,000 + Performance Related Bonus + Progression + Specialist Company Training + Vehicle + Pension
Hybrid role, commutable from Cwmbran, Cardiff, Newport, Blackwood, Caerphilly, Pontypool, and the surrounding areas.

This role involves working closely with your team to ensure excellence in estimating project costs, expanding and strengthening the supply chain, managing purchase orders with precision, and overseeing monthly valuations. You will be based across sites in the Southwest and in the office, playing a key role in driving operational efficiency, implementing cost-saving exercises, and building robust supplier relationships. Throughout, you'll identify opportunities for improvement and growth within the department while maintaining a strong presence across different sites.

The Role:

*Experience as a Quantity Surveyor
