You will be responsible for overseeing engineering processes and helping to guide engineers within the team, whilst learning people-management skills from the engineering manager.
This role would suit an Engineer looking to take the next step into management, and develop alongside an exciting company with a number of interesting projects on the horizon, including the implementation of new cutting-edge machinery.
The Role:
- Days-based, Monday-Friday working week
- Will involve a blend of hands-on engineering and managerial duties (for which training will be provided)
- Liaising with people at all levels of the organisation
The Candidate:
- Will have experience in a FMCG or similar engineering environment
- Will be Apprenticeship-Trained, ideally with some Electrical competence
- Will be seeking to grow and develop into a managerial position
